Pakistani Ambassador completes diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the Ambassador of Pakistan, Ahmed Farooq, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in the country.
During the farewell meeting, the two sides reviewed the current state of bilateral relations and discussed prospects for further strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Pakistan. The conversation focused heavily on expanding practical cooperation across key areas, including bilateral trade, investment ties, educational programs, and cultural exchanges.
Minister Saidov expressed gratitude to the diplomat for his active contribution to deepening the relationship between the two nations and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.
Ahmed Farooq has been leading the Pakistani diplomatic mission in Tashkent since March 2023, serving a tenure of three years.
