Uzbekistan is expected to be mostly dry on September 10, with slight cloudiness, variable in places, and no precipitation, except in isolated areas of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Khorezm region, the Bukhara region, and the Navoi region, where rain is possible, the Centre of Hydrometeorological Service of Uzbekistan (Uzhydromet) said on Thursday.

Easterly winds of 7-12 m/s are expected, it said. In the desert zone, winds could strengthen in places to 13-18 m/s, with blowing dust near the ground in some areas.

Temperatures are forecast to reach 32–37°C, while northern areas will see 25–30°C. In Tashkent, skies will be slightly cloudy, becoming partly cloudy at times, with no precipitation. Easterly winds will blow at 3–8 m/s, with temperatures of 35–37°C.

In the republic's mountain regions, skies will remain slightly cloudy, becoming variable at times, with no precipitation. Easterly winds will blow at 7–12 m/s, while temperatures will range from 25–30°C.
