Ziyomuhamedova worked at the The Tashkent Youth Theatre for more than 34 years, portraying around 100 characters on stage. Her roles as Little Red Riding Hood in Qizil Shapkacha (Little Red Riding Hood), Kimmat in Zumrad va Kimmat (Zumrad and Kimmat), Sanobar in Farzandim jigarbandim (My Child, My Dear), Nazira in Sening taqdiring (Your Destiny), Pokiza in Yarash-yarash (Make Up), Gulnur in Burgut (The Eagle), and Oltinoy in Birinchi muallim (The First Teacher) earned recognition from audiences.
The actress also worked in television and film. For 25 years, she hosted the popular children’s programme Oqshom ertaklari (Evening Fairy Tales).
