The parties reviewed key issues related to further expanding multifaceted Uzbekistan–Armenia relations.
They welcomed the active contacts established at various levels between the two countries, noting that political consultations had recently been held.

Bilateral trade has been growing, while 80 companies with Armenian investment are currently operating in Uzbekistan. Direct flights between the two capitals have also been launched.

The sides stressed the importance of advancing cooperation projects in agriculture, jewelry, light industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and tourism.

They also highlighted the need to effectively hold the next meeting of the Uzbekistan–Armenia Intergovernmental Commission and organize joint business events.
The two sides exchanged views on issues of international importance and cooperation within multilateral organizations.
