Mirziyoyev congratulated Erdoğan and the Turkish people on Republic Day, Turkey’s national holiday, and wished them peace, continued development and prosperity.
The parties noted growing engagement at various levels in recent years, with bilateral trade, investment, the number of joint ventures and air links all increasing.
They also emphasized the importance of establishing a high-level council to support business cooperation and preparing thoroughly for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission.
The sides agreed on the need to expand the portfolio of promising joint projects and continue practical cooperation in new areas.
Mirziyoyev and Erdoğan also exchanged views on their upcoming bilateral agenda and pressing international and regional issues.
