Employee stock ownership plans set to transform state-linked companies in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is set to implement Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) in companies with a state stake of over 50%, following the approval of regulations by the National Agency of Prospective Projects. The Ministry of Justice confirmed the new guidelines on October 8.
