Largest highway in Uzbekistan leading to Tashkent temporarily closed
Currently, construction works are underway on the Yallama bridge in Chinaz district of the Tashkent region, which is located at 865 km of the M-39 “Almaty-Bishkek-Tashkent-Termez” highway connecting Tashkent and eight regions of the county and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
That is why it is causing traffic jams while driving to Tashkent from other regions of the republic, UzA reports.
According to the Tashkent regional traffic safety department, it is possible to reach Tashkent on switching to the secondary M-34 “Tashkent – Dushanbe” highway at the 871 km of the “Almaty - Bishkek - Tashkent – Termez” highway.
The Tashkent regional traffic safety department apologizes to drivers for temporary inconveniences.
