Vadim Abramov appointed head coach of Uzbekistan national football team
Vadim Abramov has been appointed head coach of the Uzbekistan national football team, the UFA press service reports. His candidacy is approved by the Association’s Coaching Council.
Today it became known that the contract with the Argentinian specialist Héctor Cúper, who led the team, was terminated.
Abramov’s coaching staff includs Timur Kapadze, Mirko Yelichich and goalkeeper coach Denis Ivankov.
