Tashkent region will raise tariffs for drinking water supply and sewage services from October 3, under a decision adopted by the regional Council of People’s Deputies.

For households served by Tashkent Region Water Supply, the price of one cubic meter of drinking water, including VAT, will rise 19.2% from UZS 2,912 to UZS 3,472. The sewage tariff will increase 15.4%, from UZS 1,456 to UZS 1,680 per cubic meter.

For budget-funded organizations and other legal entities, the drinking water tariff will rise 6.7%, from UZS 16,800 to UZS 17,920 per cubic meter, including VAT. The sewage tariff will increase 33.3%, from UZS 3,360 to UZS 4,480.

Separate tariffs will apply in areas served by Chimyon-Chorvoq Magisterial Water Supply. For households in these areas, the price of drinking water, including VAT, will increase 13.3%, from UZS 1,680 to UZS 1,904 per cubic meter. The sewage tariff will rise 17.4%, from UZS 1,288 to UZS 1,512.

The previous increase in drinking water and sewage tariffs in Tashkent region took effect on July 1, 2025.
