Turkish company to build 8-lane highway on Fargona Yuli Street

Today, August 29, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the work on repair and improvement on the Fargona Yuli Street.

“According to the project, developed jointly with the Turkish company Kalyon, it is planned to build a new 8-lane highway, reconstruct the existing two-lane road, install energy-saving lighting fixtures, create pedestrian and bicycle paths, as well as green areas,” the statement reads.

Earlier, the President visited new stations of the Yunusabad metro line and examined the reconstructed section of Ahmad Donish Street.
