“In recent years, freedom of speech and the media have developed significantly. What did we have a few years ago? Nothing, except for some state media and TV channels. Now the International Press Club and a number of private TV channels have been launched.
Personally, I regularly follow the proposals in the media. There isn’t much on state TV channels.
Private media and TV channels are active. The free opinion of our people, their good proposals are being made public. This is a sign of our efforts to be more transparent, we will continue these reforms,” the president said at the meeting.
