Uzbekistan, Germany to boost trade-economic relations
Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov, who is on a visit in Germany, met with the FM of the Federal Republic of Germany Heiko Maas on November 8, 2018.
During the meeting, topical issues of bilateral relations and prospects for the development of cooperation in political-diplomatic, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian and other areas, including in the “Uzbekistan-European Union” format, were discussed.
Furthermore, the parties confirmed their interest in launching a peaceful inter-Afghan dialogue and reaffirmed their readiness to cooperate in implementing projects in that country.
Earlier it was reported that a regular round of inter-MFA political consultations took place in Berlin on November 8.
