Sofiya Gaynutdinova appointed as director on work with personnel and organizational development of Beeline

Sofiya Gaynutdinova was appointed as director on work with personnel and organizational development of Unitel (Beeline), the operator said.
Dmitry Shukov, director-general of Unitel, said that Sofiya Gaynutdinova received a valuable experience and demonstrated significant success at various levels. He noted that professional experience and energy will help her to solve put tasks.

Sofiya Gaynutdinova was born in Bukhara region in 1982. She graduated Psychology Faculty of National University of Uzbekistan in 2005. In 2008, she received master degree in psychology in the same university.

She worked for British American Tobacco Uzbekistan, Gallaher Group, UN mission in Uzbekistan, etc. She joined Beeline in Uzbekistan in October 2011 as business trainer. She was involved in various training projects within the operator.

In July 2015, she was appointed as acting director on work with personnel and organizational development of Beeline.
