One of the priority directions of the state policy in Uzbekistan is the upbringing of a healthy and harmoniously developed generation. The system of pre-school education, the quality and efficiency of which keeps growing up on a continued basis, serves namely the achievement of this objective.
A “round table” meeting conducted by the Committee of the Legislative chamber of Oliy Majlis on the issues of science, education, culture and sport was devoted to this subject. Taking part in it were representatives of ministries of public education, on the affairs of culture and sport, specialists of research institutes, the Republican center of education and pedagogues.
Out of school education along with raising children’s interest to education plays a major role in the development of their creative and intellectual potential and the right organization of their free time. The “Barkamol avlod” children’s centers, schools of music and art and children’s sport schools operating in our country promote the shaping of boys’ and girls’ capabilities and their professional orientation.
Different types of contests and competitions, festivals or fine and applied art organized in our country introduce the public with the children’s creative activities and inspire them to the achievement of new successes.
The “round table” participants had discussed in detail the problems of further raising the quality and efficiency of trainings conducted at out of school educational institutions, regular raising the professionalism of heads of circles and securing the Children’s Sport Schools (CSS) with qualified coaches.
