On 13 May 2016, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerik Utembayev.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the practical aspects of Uzbek-Kazakh relations, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
The sides also considered participation of the delegation of Kazakhstan in the upcoming events within the presidency of Uzbekistan in the SCO.
