Uzbekistan optimizes rendering of electronic state services
The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures on improving order of rendering electronic state services” on 2 June 2016.
The document was adopted in order to execute the law of Uzbekistan “On electronic government”.

The resolution determines the measures on improving the order of provision of e-government services by eliminating repetitive procedures, reducing the list of requested documents and information from the public and businesses, terms and cost of obtaining services, and bring to a common format documents of the state bodies.
According to the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan, the order of provision of e-government services will be improved in several stages.
In the first stage, the most demanded e-government services among businesses and population will be selected. They will be analyzed and shortages will be revealed to improve their efficiency.
In the result, optimized model of rendering of electronic state services will be developed. It is also planned to introduce changes and amendments to the corresponding legislation and realize measures on automatization of rendering of the state services.
The Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan in cooperation with international experts, specialists of the UNDP and ADB started work on studying the most demanded state services to improve order of rendering of electronic state bodies.
