Lieutenant Colonel was found dead at his workplace in Tashkent 

Dilshod Akramov, the head of the Patrol Administration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was found dead in his workplace.

The General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports that on August 4, 2018 the Patrol service and the head of the Main Department of Public Order, Lieutenant Colonel Dilshod Akramov's dead body was found in Taras Shevchenko in the cabinet at the Patrol Administration Department the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Lieutenant Colonel Dilshod Bakhtiyarovich Akramov was appointed head of the Main Department in July of this year.
Akramov earlier served as deputy head of the Main Department of Preventive Measures for Prevention of Torture at the Ministry.
