German Bundesliga to help Uzbekistan in the development of football

Professional Football League of Uzbekistan and German Bundesliga plan to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation. This is reported by the press service of the UFA following the negotiations between Omon Gafurov, General Director of the Professional Football League, and Bernd Wilms, head of Bundesliga international relations.

“As part of the negotiations, it was decided to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan and the German Bundesliga in several areas, including working with fans, instigating cooperation between football academies and organizing friendly matches. It is expected that representatives of the Bundesliga will arrive in Tashkent in the near future,” the press service of the Uzbekistan Football Association says.

Furthermore, negotiations were held with Carlos Pulido, Vice President of the “Adidas Generation” company. Mr. Pulido directly cooperates with Real Madrid and is responsible for implementing projects for the organization of friendly matches under the Adidas brand.
