Transfermarkt update crowns Abdukodir Khusanov as Uzbekistan's most-prized player
Abdukodir Khusanov, a 20-year-old defender, has become Uzbekistan’s most valuable footballer following an update from the renowned German football statistics portal, Transfermarkt.
According to the latest valuation, Khusanov’s transfer value surged from €5 million to €12 million, marking a remarkable €7 million increase. This makes him the most significantly appreciated player in his club, RC Lens, currently competing in the French Ligue 1.
Khusanov’s updated value places him ahead of Uzbekistan’s previously top-valued players, Abbosbek Fayzullayev (€6 million) and Eldor Shomurodov (€5 million), solidifying his position as the country’s most valuable football asset.
