Bus collapsed in Jizzakh with 28 people

A traffic accident, involving bus, occurred in Sharaf Rashidov district, Jizzakh region, the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.

On October 11, S.B., a resident of Bukhara District, lost control of his Isuzu bus while carrying 28 passengers on the Jizzakh-Dustlik-Gagarin highway.

As a result, 3 people were injured and had to be hospitalized. 16 other passengers were delivered medical care on the spot.

“Investigative actions are underway,” the report reads.
