Tashkent expands cooperation with the German company BOSCH
On Oct. 11, 2018, a meeting was held at Tashkent city administration with the delegation of “Robert Bosch OOO” headed by Hansjürgen Overstolz, the Bosch Group representative in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia, the press service of the capital administration reports.
Mr. Hansjürgen Overstolz takes an active role in strengthening and developing relations between Uzbekistan and Germany.
At the meeting, the CEO of the “Robert Bosch OOO” familiarized the attendees with the products manufactured by the company, in particular, with those units that operate in the CIS. He told that the Bosch Group owns “Robert Bosch OOO” and approximately 440 subsidiaries and regional companies in 60 countries.
It was noted that with direct participation of “BOSCH Thermo technology” such facilities as boiler houses for “Milliy” (National) stadium, the University of Westminster, and the Nestle factory were built in Tashkent.
The sides at the meeting also discussed the issues of using renewable energy sources, including solar panels for heat supply in their future projects.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to jointly hold another meeting to discuss prospects for future cooperation in several other fields.
