Heating system to be launched on October 16 in Tashkent

The heating season in the capital of Uzbekistan will begin on Oct. 16 this year, the press service of Tashkent city administration reports.

In compliance with the decree of the khokim (mayor) of Tashkent “On measures to effectively regulate the heating facilities in the 2018/2019 season” dating Oct. 13, heating of social objects in the Uzbek capital will start from Oct. 16.

Public establishments, such as schools and medical institutions, will be provided with the service starting from Oct. 16, and multi-apartment houses from Oct. 19.

For information, the heating season started on Nov. 10 last year.
