An accountant was caught offering $2.500 in bribe to deputy prosecutor 

A large amount of bribe crime was prevented by Kashkadarya Regional Office of Internal Security and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, Kun.uz correspondent reports.

On October 12, at 2:15 pm, the chief accountant of Shakhrisabz district department of public education H.Jurayev was detained while giving $2.500 in bribe to S. Gaybullayev, the assistant of the prosecutor of Shakhrisabz district. He asked the deputy prosecutor to void the investigation and prosecution of the criminal case filed by the Shahrisabz district prosecutor's office.

The prosecutor's office of Kashkadarya region instituted a criminal case against H. Jurayev under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan against. Investigative actions are underway.
