Uzbekistan, Belarus signed co-op agreement on the security field
The Secretary of the State Security Council of Belarus Stanislav Zas met with the Secretary of the Security Council at the President of Uzbekistan Viktor Makhmudov, BeLTA news agency reports.
The sides exchanged views on topical issues of international and regional security.
Mr. Zas and Mr. Makhmudov noted the positive dynamics of relations in all spheres and defined the prospects for the expansion of mutual contacts.
Aiming the successful implementation of the agreements, Belarus and Uzbekistan signed a plan of practical measures for further development of cooperation on security in 2019-2020.
