In his address, Mirziyoyev emphasized the growing importance of the Aqaba Process amid mounting threats to international security and stability.
He noted that the rapid development of artificial intelligence was creating enormous opportunities for humanity while also generating new challenges. He stressed that quality education and conditions for the full development of human potential were essential foundations for security.

Mirziyoyev also expressed support for the UN Global Dialogue on AI Governance.
As part of broader international efforts, he announced Uzbekistan’s readiness to host a regional office of the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism.
