Alandia Industries to help businesses in Uzbekistan that operate at a loss
A French Alandia Industries has offered its services for the restoration of low-profit enterprises in Uzbekistan, Spot reports with reference to the information provided by the "Tahlilnoma" program on "Uzbekistan 24" TV channel.
According to the director of Alandia Industries Nicolas de Germay, the company is ready to act as a counsellor and assist in the selection of the working group that is needed to develop an action plan for reorganizing the enterprise.
Another mechanism envisages procurement of a problematic enterprise that has at least 300 employees and to develop its methodology and strategy for reorganization,” Nicolas de Germay said.
He states that in the future, a successful enterprise will be ready to be sold to local or foreign investors.
Additionally, the company is ready to take a troublesome company partially or completely under its trustful management.
