State budget to receive the largest amount of income from VAT revenues in 2019
The government submitted to Oliy Majlis a draft state budget for 2019. Its parameters are calculated based on the projected GDP growth by 5.4% with inflation at 15.5%.
According to information published on the website of the Ministry of Finance, revenues are projected at 102.6 trillion sums and expenses at 107.1 trillion sums.
The largest amount of income is planned to be received from the value added tax - 40.7 trillion sums, which is closely followed by customs duty (12.6 trillion sums) and personal income tax (11.3 trillion sums).
Most of the money will be spent on the social sphere and social support of the population - 54.8 trillion sums. Then on “Other expenses” (19.3 trillion sums) and on economy (14 trillion sums).
In general, it is forecasted that the state budget deficit will amount to 4.4 trillion sums.
