“Ravon Motors Rus” recalls over 5,200 units of sold Nexia R3 cars due to malfunction
“Ravon Motors Rus” (a branch of “Uzavtosanoat” and “General Motors” in Russia) will recall 5219 units of Ravon Nexia R3 sold in the Russian market, “Rosstandart” reports.
Withdrawn cars were manufactured between May 2017 and March 2018. The company’s website has published its list along with VIN codes.
According to the report, cars are being recalled because of the potential malfunction in the exhaust hose system.
Representatives of “Ravon Motors Rus” will inform the owners of purchased Ravon Nexia R3 that they have to bring their cars to dealership centers for repairing. Vehicle owners can also find out whether to bring their car to repair by comparing the VIN codes listed on the website of “Rosstandart”.
Two additional clamps will be fixed on the helm control hose of the vehicle, all repairs will be carried out free of charge.
