Harvard graduate becomes Deputy Head of Navoi MMC

Olga Ponkratova was appointed Deputy Head of Navoi MMC. Prior to her appointment, Ponkratova worked for the Glencore group (Kazzinc).

It is worth noting that Ponkratova is a native of Tashkent. She graduated from Harvard University and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

It should be noted that earlier another Harvard graduate became Director of the Agency for Development of Public-Private Partnerships under the Ministry of Finance.
