In accordance with the presidential decree and the Concept for development and implementation of modern military uniforms for military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces, a special working group is consistently working to create new models of military uniforms.
In the scientific laboratory for designing uniforms at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry with participation of qualified workers of the sphere prepared sketches of preliminary samples of uniforms for military personnel and employees of the Ministry of Defense, Military Prosecutor's Office, Security Service of the President, State Customs Committee, State Security Service, Committee for protection of the state border at the SSS, insignia and paraphernalia.
According to the publication, qualified designers, psychologists, designers of clothes, technologists, scientists and military personnel, who have experience in this direction, are involved in such a large-scale and responsible work.
In accordance with the analysis, fabrics and materials used in the manufacture of military clothing do not meet regulatory requirements. There are some shortcomings in accounting for ergonomic indicators and full provision of military uniform. Also, there is no scientific approach to this process.
According to specialists in the field, to date, division of military uniforms in accordance with the climate, natural conditions, features of military activities, processes of manufacturing headdresses, shoes, as well as additional funds did not meet modern requirements. Meanwhile, in the leading military structures and organizations of most countries of the world, there is the practice of a large-scale, systematic and comprehensive approach to the issue of manufacturing military uniforms with involvement of specialists, scientists and experts.
At present, taking into account the above opinions and recommendations, on the basis of the roadmap, the working group has developed preliminary sketches for the design of uniforms for servicemen and employees of the sphere.
It is planned that the initial samples of the created clothes will be tested by military units. At the same time, opinions of military personnel, youth, general public will be deeply studied, proposals will be generalized and then production of uniforms will be arranged in a wide range.
