Tashkent TV tower – one of the top-5 romantic places in the CIS 

Analytical agency TourStat presented a ranking of the most romantic city sights of the CIS. 
 
According to an online survey devoted to the 14th of February, the list includes places that local residents and tourists chose. 
 
Top-5 romantic places among the CIS cities was led by the Trinity suburb in Minsk, Kok-Tyube mountain in Alma-Ata was in the second place, the Baiterek monument in Astana – the third. And the honorable fourth place was given to the Maiden's Tower in Baku. 
 
Tashkent TV tower in the Uzbek capital has closed the top-5. 8% of respondents voted for it. 
 
For information, the tower was built in 1985 and still remains as the tallest building with an open viewing platform in Central Asia. The height of the building – 375 meters.
