Kyrgyzstan proposes to resume charter flights along Tashkent-Tamchy route
On February 18, the head of the State Inspectorate for Safety Oversight of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tolib Uljayev received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan Ibrahim Junusov, Kabar news agency reported with reference to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral contacts in the field of civil aviation and outlined further prospects for cooperation in this direction between the aviation services of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Considering the active cooperation of resort and recreation institutions of Kyrgyzstan with enterprises and organizations of Uzbekistan in organizing recreation of their employees in boarding houses located on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake, as well as with an increasing number of tourists, the Kyrgyz side voiced a proposal to resume charter flights along Tashkent-Tamchy route (Issyk-Kul). In addition, the sides discussed the issue of flights in Osh-Tashkent-Osh direction.
