Another 10 objects in four regions will be auctioned at a starting price of 1 soum, follows from the presidential decree.
In early October 2018, the president approved the launch of an experiment with the sale of state property at a starting price of 1 soum.
Then it turned out that there are a lot of vacant state facilities in the country, but not everybody buys them because of high prices. To correct this situation, an experiment has been launched in which the starting price was equal to 1 soum.
Over the past time, 444 objects were put up for auction, 310 of them were sold for 11,2 billion soums with terms of investing 172 billion soums.
Since the experiment can be considered successful, it was decided to extend it until January 1, 2020 and 10 more new objects were added. They are located in Bukhara, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions.
For example, buildings and structures of the former military camp No. 15 and children's camp “Young Mechanic” in Bukhara region, part of the empty structures of the LLC “Muruvvat-agrosanoat” in Jizzakh region and more are among them.
