American United Investment Healthcare Group terminates contract on JSC “Dori-Darmon”
On December 6, 2018, the contract of trust management of the state-owned stake in the authorized capital of “Dori-Darmon”, concluded with the IE LLC “United Investment Healthcare Group” was terminated.
This is reported on the site of “Dori-Darmon”. This was done on the basis of a previously sent notification from the Center for Managing State Assets.
In addition, the powers of the head of the company Ravshan Azimov were terminated ahead of time. “Dori-Darmon” will be temporarily managed by Umida Salikhbayeva, who has previously held this post.
Earlier, it was reported that the state wants to transfer its 71% of stake in the authorized capital of JSC “Dori-Darmon” to the US company United Investment Healthcare Group LLC. It was expected that this would improve network efficiency and introduce modern methods of corporate governance.
In late October, it became known that the parties agreed and a deal will take place. The American company was supposed to manage the state share for five years, but in the end, everything was limited to several months.
