State share in “Dori-Darmon” JSC being sold
It was announced that the process of privatization of the 51% state share in the company’s charter capital has begun.

The process of privatization of the state share (51%) in the authorized capital of “Dori-Darmon” JSC has started, the State Assets Management Agency reports.
The company’s authorized capital is 86.3 billion soums. By the end of 2021, the net income will be 402 billion soums, and the net profit - 32.7 billion soums.
“Dori-Darmon” JSC is a wholesale and retail pharmaceutical enterprise, which has been providing the population and medical institutions of the republic with a wide range of high-quality products for 90 years, reliably maintaining a leading position in the market of Uzbekistan.
The company includes 8 JSCs, 12 LLCs, 17 warehouses and 15 control-analysis laboratories.
More than 2,280 state pharmacies operate on the territory of the republic. “Dori-Darmon” JSC cooperates with more than 130 leading foreign companies.
An applicant (in the case of a consortium, none of the members of the consortium) and none of its relevant persons must not be included in the sanctions list of the European Union and the USA, as well as major international financial institutions (the WB, the EBRD, the ADB).
Interested parties may submit applications until October 20, 2022 by 18:00 (Tashkent time).
