Emirati Emaar to implement new projects in the field of construction in Uzbekistan
Emaar Properties, which deals with the construction of the United Arab Emirates, will implement new projects in Uzbekistan. This was stated in the special program of the TV channel “Uzbekistan 24”, dedicated to the visit of the President to the United Arab Emirates.
“As for the tourism development, we have reached an agreement with the largest Emaar developer company of the UAE. This company has built many large buildings, including the “Burj Khalifa”.
In the near future, the company representatives will arrive in Uzbekistan to work out hotel infrastructure development projects,” Deputy Prime Minister Elyor Ganiyev said.
The chairman of the board of directors of Emaar, the company's director Muhammad Alabbar also talked about the agreements with the Uzbek side.
“As an entrepreneur, we always strive for the most comfortable and attractive conditions created for businessmen. That's why the current opportunities in Uzbekistan are attracting us.
My main business is aimed at building various construction projects, major cities, modern hotels and centers. In addition, we are also involved in food security.
The great changes in Uzbekistan over the last two years are of great interest to us. Under the leadership of the President a large-scale reforms are underway. We are waiting for concrete results from our joint projects.
I strive to implement a project that will be a peculiar mark for my company in Uzbekistan. I am ready to implement any infrastructure required for the development of modern Uzbekistan in the construction of various projects, residential areas and hotels,” he said.
It should be recalled that during the official visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the United Arab Emirates, 12 agreements worth totaling more than $10 billion were signed.
