Government resolution of April 6 approves the regulation on the provision of catering services for the personnel of the State Security Service (SSS) and its subdivisions by outsourcers, the Justice Ministry reported.
In accordance with the document, outsourcers are selected by khokimiyats. Contracts with a company for organization of catering services are drawn up for 1 year period.
It is prohibited to use food products that do not have documents confirming their quality, as well as those that do not meet state standards and technical requirements. Before distributing food, the quality is checked by a doctor and the person on duty.
Also, material-technical means for organizing services in kitchens are transferred to the use of the outsourcer at a zero price.
In November 2017, the government issued a decree on organizing catering services for the personnel of the Ministry of Defense units by outsourcers.
