Ministry of Labor checks whether teachers were involved in forced labor in Andijan region

The State Labor Inspectorate checks whether teachers of school No.7 in the Izbaskan district of Andijan region were engaged in forced labor on territorial landscaping, the press service of the Ministry of Labor reports.
Earlier, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev called on restricting inspections of teachers by various supervisory bodies, not to involve public education staff in seasonal agricultural work, landscaping, participation in various meetings, subscription campaign and other work beyond their competency.
The Ministry of Public Education urges teachers to report violations of their rights to the virtual inspector “Ustoz ovozi”.
