Criminal case against employees of the State Tax Inspectorate of Shaykhantakhur district initiated 

The Department for combating economic crimes at the Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case against responsible officials of the State Tax Inspectorate of Shaykhantakhur district. The press service of the General Prosecutor's Office reports about it. 

According to the pre-investigation check, employees of the State Tax Inspectorate, abusing their official powers, provided incorrect information to the Tashkent inter-district economic court. So, according to their information, the company “KRONO STYLE” had no arrears in the payment of taxes and part of the lease.

In fact, “KRONO STYLE” signed a contract with the JV “BDS LEASING” to receive equipment for furniture production in the amount of 1.1 billion soums. At the same time, the unpaid part of the leasing in the amount of 848.3 million soums and tax debt of 59.4 million soums remained behind.

As a result, the court decided to liquidate “KRONO STYLE”, which was detrimental to the interests of the JV “BDS LEASING”.
