Uzbekistan, Ukraine discuss prospects for cooperation in medicine, agrochemistry and agricultural machinery

Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Alisher Abdualiyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine Yuri Savchenko, the press service of the MFA said.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral relations, focusing on activities of the Ambassador on strengthening mutually beneficial ties and potential for further cooperation in such areas as medicine, agrochemistry, agricultural machinery, processing of fruits and vegetables and others.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan ceased to be the main importer of Ukrainian sugar.
