Uzavtosanoat admits shortcomings in the system, promises to rectify them
Recently, an article “GM Uzbekistan disgraced the entrepreneur in front of a foreign investor: A story about an expensive and poor-quality product”, was published on Kun.uz. Regarding the article, JSC Uzavtosanoat issued an official statement.
In particular, it says that JSC Uzavtosanoat is sincerely grateful to the customer for patriotism and allegiance to the local manufacturer. Despite the fact that there are foreign-made cars at identical cost in the Uzbek market, the buyer preferred the national brand, which indicates his confidence in GM Uzbekistan.
“On the part of JSC Uzavtosanoat and GM Uzbekistan, in recent years, much work has been done to eliminate undesirable phenomena in the chain of sales of automotive products and to improve the quality of customer service. All this can be achieved thanks to a critical approach to the management of the industry and the support of the country's leadership. Constructive criticism of clients allows the company to analyze its activities and identify shortcomings in the system,” the message reads.
At the end of the statement, it is said that JSC Uzavtosanoat will not disregard the incident and will make every effort to resolve the issue.
