Reportedly, in accordance with the orders No.98-F of March 16, 2017 and No.275-F of August 7, 2017 of the regional governor of Namangan, movement of Damas cars, except for 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 special vehicles, will be restricted in some areas of the Namangan city.
In particular, at the intersection of Islam Karimov and Mustakillik streets, Fazo and Otchopar crossroads, intersection of Islam Karimov and Jaloliddin Manguberdi streets, Bus Station crossroad, intersection of Amir Temur and Girvonsoy streets, Taksopark crossroad, roundabout on Alisher Navoi Street passing by the shopping mall “Shodlik”, roundabout on Alisher Navoi Street, at the beginning of Turakurgan Street and a number of other streets, movement of Damas cars will be limited.
“Due to the limited mobility of Damas cars in these areas, a working group consisting of representatives of the traffic department, the State Tax Inspectorate, Uzavtotrans, local council deputies and representatives of the public has been set up,” the press secretary of the organization said.
Despite the fact that the relevant documents on limitation of mobility were signed two years ago, its implementation is currently being stabilized.
It is noted that the Damas driver, who does not deal with passenger transportation, who lives in the center of the city, who is engaged in cargo transportation, is excluded from limitations.
