Students enrolled by means of unlawful methods will be expelled - Cabinet of Ministers
According to the resolution #360 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated April 27, the order of dismissal of students, who were enrolled by means of unlawful methods, from the university was determined.
The regulation “On the order of enrollment, transferring, reinstating and dismissing students in higher educational institutions” has been introduced addition and the list of cases that can cause dismissal of a student from a university is supplemented with the following point:
“z) when a court determines that the student has violated the established procedures upon taking entrance exams (in this case, students who are dismissed from the university will not be reinstated);”
As the lawyer Khushnudbek Khudayberdiyev notes on his Telegram channel, another minor amendment to the order of dismissing students from the university was made, according to which even if a student violates the morality code of the university, he could be dismissed. Previously, only the academic discipline and internal rules were listed in this section.
