By the decision of the Government, the Regulation on the order of ranking higher education institutions of Uzbekistan was approved. This is reported by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the Regulation, the rating of higher education institutions is determined by the State Inspection for Supervision of Quality in Education (SISQE).
Information on the rating will be provided by the ministries and agencies until February 1.
Inspection every year in May-June will conduct the following:
- testing of the knowledge of professor-teachers on foreign language and information-communication technologies;
- a survey on students’ knowledge on specialty subjects and a survey of study quality.
Results are annually published on the SISQE website before the start of the new academic year.
