Regulation on procedure for admission to Tashkent Law University branch approved

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a regulation on the procedure for admission to a specialized branch of the Tashkent State Law University.

According to the regulation, legal personnel will be trained for a three-year at undergraduate programs at the branch, and non-legal higher education personnel will be retrained under a special six-month program.

Graduates will have to work 5 years in the system of the Ministry of Interior or the National Guard. Admission to the branch is carried out from June 15 to July 15.

The application for admission should be enclosed the following documents:

- copy of the passport (showing the original);

- document confirming the privilege (if any);

- document on graduation of educational institution;

- military ID;

- medical certificate from the place of permanent residence;

- 6 photos in the size 3,5x4,5 cm;

- certificate of conviction or absence of criminal record.

For admission to the retraining course, applicants should apply to the Minister of Interior and the Commander of the National Guard. In addition, an interview will be conducted for admission to the retraining course.
