SCO member states sign 22 joint documents in Bishkek
The participants of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Bishkek signed 22 joint documents.

According to the presidential press service, the Bishkek Declaration was adopted. The documents signed are aimed at developing partnership between the member countries in various fields and interaction of the SCO with other international structures.

At the proposal of the President of Uzbekistan, the Concept of Cooperation in the Field of Digitalization and Information-Communication Technologies and the Program for the Development of Interregional Cooperation of the SCO Member States were approved. These documents will allow to launch new areas of multilateral cooperation within the framework of the SCO, the press service noted.
The chairmanship in the organization for the period 2019-2020 passed to the Russian Federation.
