In particular, they approved the candidacy of Elmira Basitkhanova as deputy prime minister at the proposal of Abdulla Aripov, head of the government of Uzbekistan.
It should be recalled that currently, this post is occupied by Tanzila Narbayeva. In December 2018, she was re-elected chairman of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan for five years.
According to the source, tomorrow, June 21, the XX plenary session of the Senate will be held in Tashkent. During the meeting, Tanzila Narbaeva will become a senator and be elected head of the Senate.
