Uzbekistan to provide Kyrgyzstan with $100 million loan

Uzbekistan will provide Kyrgyzstan with $100 million of loan funds, Tazabek reports referring to the Economy Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sanjar Mukanbetov.
According to the minister, the presidents of both countries agreed in the fall to open this credit line. The loan will be provided to entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan.
“We offer to give these funds to entrepreneurs who are engaged in the processing of wool and hides,” he said.
In addition, the parties also considered the issue of cement supply to Uzbekistan.
