Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Turkey meet in Ankara
On August 5, as part of his visit to the Republic of Turkey, Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Foreign Minister of the host country Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Ankara, the MFA press service said.
The ministers discussed topical issues of bilateral relations, exchanged views on the agenda of the first meeting of joint Strategic Planning Group, which is starting today.
The event will be chaired by the heads of foreign affairs agencies.
According to the program of the visit, Abdulaziz Kamilov will take part in the 1st meeting of the Strategic Planning Group and will deliver a speech at the 11th annual Ambassadors’ Conference.
Holding a series of meetings and negotiations with senior representatives of the Turkish side is also planned.
