Uzbekistan, South Korea discuss upcoming joint events in inter-parliamentary cooperation
On August 12, 2019, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kang Jae Kwon, the MFA press service reported.
During the conversation, an exchange of views on topical issues of the Uzbek-South Korean agenda took place.
The parties noted with satisfaction the successful outcome of the Senate Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva’s visit to the Republic of Korea on August 6-9.
The sides also examined practical aspects of the upcoming joint events in the fields of politics, inter-parliamentary cooperation, pharmaceuticals, medicine, education and culture.
